64 religious men and women from all corners of India had assembled at NBCLC, for the Seminar on Leadership. The inaugural session began with a short prayer and lighting of the lamp, which symbolizes Jesus Himself. The Director Rev. Fr. A. John Baptist welcomed the participants and also introduced the resource person Fr. Sunil Kumar D’Souza. He is the administrator and Professor of Canon Law at St Peter’s Pontifical Institute, Bengaluru.

The resource person were: Fr. Sunil Kumar D’Souza; Bro. Paul Raj SG, Fr. Tony Thampi, CSC; Fr. Shyam Prasad, FDCC; Fr. Jerry Rosario, SJ; Fr. D. Alphonse and Sr. Metti Amirtham.
