Pastoral Management Course
In collaboration with Christ University, Bangalore
22nd – 29th August 2025


The Pastoral Management Course was conducted at the National Biblical, Catechetical and Liturgical Centre (NBCLC), Bangalore, in collaboration with Christ University, Bangalore, from 22nd to 29th August 2025.

The inaugural session began with the lighting of the lamp by Rev. Fr. Naysson, Dr. Satyaseelan B, Dr. Mareena Matthew, and other esteemed faculty members. Rev. Fr. Naysson, Assistant Director of NBCLC, extended a warm welcome to the participants who had come from various parts of the country.

The one-week programme offered enriching sessions on a wide range of themes, including:

A campus tour of Christ University further enriched the participants’ experience. The facilitators from Christ University made the sessions highly meaningful and practical, both for personal growth and for application in pastoral and professional contexts.

The course was also marked by meaningful liturgical celebrations, joyful evening gatherings, and the sharing of sumptuous meals, fostering fellowship among participants.

Special thanks are due to Rev. Fr. John Baptist, Director of NBCLC, along with the Assistant Director, faculty members, and supportive staff for their dedication and guidance throughout the course.

The programme concluded on 29th August 2025 with feedback sharing, personal experiences, a vote of thanks, distribution of certificates, and a group photo, leaving the participants deeply enriched and inspired.
