Spiritual renewal was a central focus, providing participants with opportunities for prayer, reflection, and deepening their connection with God. The concept of synodality for lay leaders was explored in depth, fostering a culture of collaboration, dialogue, and shared responsibility.
The program was not merely a series of lectures; it was a dynamic and interactive experience. Participants engaged in lively debates, fostering critical thinking and the exchange of ideas. Spiritual retreats provided moments of contemplative reflection, while cultural programs celebrated the diversity and richness of the Church.
The seminar's overarching aim was to provide practical insights, spiritual rejuvenation, and enhanced leadership skills to lay members, enabling them to effectively contribute to the Church. By empowering lay leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to strengthen their leadership roles, the program aimed to foster a more vibrant and engaged Church community.
Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, indicating that the program successfully equipped them with the tools and knowledge needed to strengthen their leadership roles.
