From August 7th to 14th, 2024, NBCLC, in partnership with Christ University, Bangalore, hosted a transformative management course, "Personal Growth & Leadership Mastery through Personality Development & Management." This intensive program, drawing 67 participants from India and Nepal, was designed to equip leaders with the comprehensive skills and knowledge necessary for effective pastoral management.
The course boasted an impressive roster of resource persons, including the Vice Chancellor of Christ University, Rev. Fr. George Kurian, and a diverse team of experts: Mrs. Sonia Mathew, Dr. Fr. Viji, Dr. Jain Mathew, Dr. Sridevi Nair, Dr. Dilip Chandra, Dr. Rekha Aranha, Prof. Sri Kumar, Dr. Lakshmi Iyer, Dr. Vasudevan, Dr. Sirish CV, Dr. Delma Thaliyan, Dr. Marina Mathew, Fr. Thomas TV, Dr. Justin Joy, Dr. Bindhia Joji, Dr. Anil Joseph Pinto, and Dr. Sathiya Seelan. Their collective expertise provided a rich and multifaceted learning experience.
The curriculum was meticulously crafted, covering a wide range of essential management and leadership topics.
