The meeting began with registration of the delegates. Around 90 delegates from various parts of the country were present.
The inauguration began with the lighting of the lamp by Rev. Msg. S. Jayanathan Vicar General, Archdiocese of Bangalore, Rev. Fr. A. John Baptist, Director, NBCLC, Rev. Fr. Gabriel Lobo, CSsR and Rev. Fr. George Lobo. A prayer dance was followed by the reading of the Word of God and a prayer.

The four session on the first day was given by Fr. Jacob Parappally, MSFS, Former Dean of Theology, Jnana Deepa, Pune.; Rev. Fr. Gabriel Lobo, C.S.s.R. Regional Secretary for Ecumenism and Inter- Religious Dialogue, Karnataka Region and Secretary UCF ( United Christian Forum) Karnataka.; Rev. Fr. Pradeep Kumar, Vice-President, UCF (United Christian Forum), Bangalore Zone.
There was Panel Discussion. Moderator: Mr. Pericho Prabhu, Jt. Secretary Commission for Ecumenism. The Panelists were Rev. Peter Ravikumar, Lutheran Church; Mr. Harry Pereira, Secretary of Christian Churches; Rev. Arun Maben, Church of South India, Pastor of St. Andrews Church, Rev. Fr. Gabriel Lobo, Roman Catholic Church.
The second day session was given by Rev. Fr. Lawrence, HOD of Missiology, St. Peter’s Pontifical Institute, Bengaluru; Rev. Fr. Jose Kizhakakettu, CMI, Professor and Head of the Dept. of Ecumenism, Dharmaram College, Bengaluru.
The Action Plan and looking to Future was by Most Rev. Sebastian Adayanathrath, Bishop of Mandya. After the highlights of the session.
Bishop thanked all the attendees and encouraged them to go back to their parishes and diocese and spread the message of Christ and brotherhood of humanity.
