Led by the insightful Rev. Fr. A. Sahaya Belix, the program welcomed 18 participants into a unique realm where art and spirituality intertwined.

This training introduced a powerful healing methodology, blending the expressive language of art and craft with the contemplative depth of spiritual practices. Participants were guided through meditative techniques and drawing exercises, fostering a profound connection between their inner selves and their creative expression.

The program's core focus was on exercises for inner healing, providing a safe space to address personal, family, and social issues through the creation and sharing of artwork. Participants discovered the therapeutic power of visual expression, using art as a vehicle for processing emotions and fostering self-awareness.

The results were palpable. Participants experienced a surge of inner joy, a renewed sense of social participation, and a marked improvement in their problem-solving skills.
